To ensure your before and after photos accurately show the improvements in your skin, please follow these guidelines:

- Angles: Capture the same angle and position for both your before and after photos. This consistency helps clearly show the progress.
- Background: Use a neutral, clutter-free background to keep the focus on your skin.
- Timing: Take your “before” photo before you start using our serum, and your “after” photo after using the serum consistently for 2 weeks.
- Close-Up: Make sure the photos clearly show the affected area of your skin. A close-up shot is best, but make sure it’s not too zoomed in to avoid blurriness.
- No Filters: Please do not use filters or edit your photos, as we want to see the truu results.
2. Submitting Your Photos
Once you’ve taken your before and after photos, send them to us at info@truu.nz with the subject line: “Before and After Photos – Free Second Order.” Please include:
- Your full name and order number.
- A brief note about your experience with our product (optional, but appreciated!).
- The email address you used for your original purchase.
3. Terms and Conditions
